Two inland and adjacent, SW Florida residential homesites for sale

For sale by private owner: two side-by-side, SW Florida undeveloped homesites, located beyond coast (but with nearby saltwater & freshwater boating access), within new subdivision, and outside growing city of North Port, FL (in Sarasota County). The lots are also in very close proximity to larger neighbor, Port Charlotte, FL, just to the south, and being sold together as a pair, with owner open to offers. Owner holds title and deed in his name alone, free and clear of any financial debt or obligation, and retains full documentation in the latter regard. To obtain added current authoritative details, one may visit the Sarasota County Geographic Information Systems (SCGIS) website at gis.scgov.net. When arriving at its front web page, note the center title “Online Interactive Maps,” and while shifting to the right and scrolling down, note the second category listed entitled: “Aerial Image Viewer.” But before clicking on the latter option, please take a moment to read its summary on the left and proceed to download and install the current Adobe Flash Player plug-in with the link provided (unless one already has it available and running on his pc). The Adobe Flash Player is essential to using the “Rich Spatial Flex Viewer” navigational tool, which the reader is about to encounter and employ at length in reading about and examining the parcels up close and in detail. After having installed and activated the Adobe Flash Player and clicked on the “Aerial Image Viewer,” one should instantly be presented with the website’s logical, if somewhat unique and colorful, array of symbols, that may need some initial amount of time to become acquainted with. Nonetheless, the first step is to click on the image of the globe within the box on the upper left, entitled “Historical Aerial Imagery,” and then click on the “Search” option which appears on the list beneath, and afterward, in the gray block which instantly appears off to the right, entitled “Search Layer,” select the “Parcel Search” option (listed beneath “Owner Name”) and insert the parcel number 1008-25-2523 or 1008-25-2524 (for either of the two adjacent lots) in the block provided, and then click beneath the parcel number on the “Parcel Search” block to obtain within moments the latest basic parcel data provided by the county property appraiser. Once the data appears, and one has examined it sufficiently, click on the entire parcel information block itself to initialize targeting on the parcel, and soon, if not immediately, afterward one will note a flashing red rectangle representing the lot’s location on the area’s basic grid map. To obtain best results from this point on, however, one should begin by clicking on the green arrow above the appraiser’s data block, as well as that for the one beneath, entitled, “Historical Imagery Years,” to dispense with both momentarily, and then click on the globe once again, and click beneath on “2009 Aerial Map." Once the aerial map image for the area materializes clearly, click on the compass image, in the center and just to the right of the globe, and click beneath on “Zoom In,” to prepare to get a closer look. Then, with the mouse pointer on the parcel, left click and hold it down while quickly encircling the property with the “+” targeting mark that shows up, and then let up, and the image viewer should within moments close in for a more focused view. To move farther out from the lot, one should return to the compass image and click on “Zoom Out,” and follow the same steps as those just described for zooming in. To move freely about and throughout the subdivision, one may use the “Pan” option, also listed beneath the compass, and click and hold down the mouse pointer and move it in the direction desired. It should also be noted, that following the “2009 Aerial Map’s” appearance on the screen, and once it is apparent that it has been fully downloaded and well-established for complete use on one’s pc, which should take no more than a minute, if not less, and the selection and initial application of the “Zoom In” or “Zoom Out” option has been undertaken as directed, if one is using a wheel mouse with instant and more precise scroll capability, he may then simply readily zoom in and out by making a very slight forward or backward turn on the wheel. (For a useful added explanation on most of these options, one may wish to click on the third image, i.e., the one with the question mark on the right of the compass, and then click beneath on “Help.”)[*Look below for added guidance if desired sought-after details are not produced at the SCGIS website for the reviewer within a reasonable amount of time.] To obtain some added relevant details on the property, presently not included within the SCGIS “Rich Spatial Flex Viewer,” please refer to the Sarasota County Property Appraiser’s website at sc-pa.com. Arriving at the appraiser’s front web page, look to the left and click on “Property Search,” and then, at the “Search Real Property” page, scroll down to about the center and note “Parcel ID,” and shifting to the right insert either of the parcel numbers (1008-25-2523 or 1008-25-2524), and click “Submit.” Also, plan to visit North Port, FL online for much current informative detail on the budding city and the surrounding area’s wonderfully diverse array of nearby community services and leisure activities available to residents, including: comprehensive-care hospital, dental, and veterinary services, exceptional schools and colleges, expanding international and regional airports; full range of grocery and consumer goods shopping, popular quick-stop eateries, and first-rate dining spots and restaurants; comforting and therapeutic warm water springs; well-designed and accommodating public golf courses, tennis courts, and swimming facilities; distinctive and highly regarded private membership country clubs, with complete amenities and services; year-round freshwater and saltwater boating, fishing, kayaking, and swimming (with natural white sandy Gulf and inland freshwater river and lake beaches); and the relaxing solitude and diversion of beautiful and secluded national, state, and local parks and wilderness nature trails, that possess an abundance of endlessly unique and exotic wild subtropical aquatic and land species of birds, mammals, and plants and flowers for the outdoor enthusiast, nature lover, and trekker-hiker. [*Note: should one need added assistance with the “Rich Spatial Flex Viewer,” please inform the Sarasota County map office (SCGIS) of the matter via email at gis@scgov.net, and it will endeavor to follow up promptly and assist in resolving the issue. However, should one encounter some contact issue with SCGIS (or any other county office), one may wish to inform the office of the Sarasota County administrator about this at countyadministrator@scgov.net, and one may be assured that the latter will look into the matter and seek without delay to restore, facilitate, and/or expedite Internet communications.] (Please ref.
